I stare at the deep azure of the oceans
And they gaze back at me
The fish cry out with a dying breath
For all the waste pours out
And it stains Mother Earth
With the most horrible portents of green death
I stare at the endless blue skies
And they gaze back at me
The birds cough with their dying lungs
For all the industrial smoke pours out
And it stains Mother Earth
With the most horrible portents of grey death
I stare at the lush green forests
And they gaze back at me
The animals scream in a dying shriek
For man has set fire to the forests
And it stains Mother Earth
With the most horrible portents of red death
My feet are like little earthquakes
Treading upon the bushes where nothing lives anymore
My hands make tiny ripples
In the lakes where nothing lives anymore
My fingers swish and swirl around
In the air where nothing lives anymore
Nothing but endless human greed
